For one glass Type of glass: old fashioned Materials: pestle INGREDIENTS

• 1.5 oz of Moonshadow® cognac
• 1 piece of cane sugar
• 3 drops of bitter
• 3/4 oz of ginger beer
• 1 orange peel
• Ice

THE METHOD Place the sugar cube in the bottom of the glass. Sprinkle with a few drops of bitter. Add a dash of ginger beer and muddle before adding ice cubes and Moonshadow® cognac. Add the orange zest and stir.
