• 1.5 oz of Moonshadow® cognac
• 1 oz lemon juice
• 1 oz agave syrup
• 1 egg white
• Salt
• Ice

THE METHOD In a shaker, add Moonshadow® cognac, lemon juice, agave syrup and egg white. Shake once, add ice and shake again. Strain in an old fashioned glass. Sprinkle lightly with salt and garnish with a zest of lemon.</div<
