Glassware: old fashioned

Material: pestle

 

INGREDIENTS

• 1.5 oz cognac Moonshadow®

• 1 piece of cane sugar

• 3 drops of bitter

• 3/4 oz of ginger beer

• 1 orange peel

• Ice

 

METHOD

Place the sugar cube in the bottom of the glass. Water it with a few drops of bitter. Add a dash of ginger beer then pound everything before adding the ice cubes and  Moonshadow® cognac. Add the orange peel and mix.
