Material: shaker and strainer

INGREDIENTS

• 1.5 oz cognac Moonshadow®

• 1 oz agave syrup

• 1 egg white

• 1 lemon

• Salt

• Ice

METHOD

Pour Moonshadow® cognac in a shaker and add the agave syrup and egg white. Squeeze the lemon to obtain 1 oz of fresh lemon juice. Shake once before adding ice. Shake again. Strain in an old fashioned glass. Sprinkle lightly with salt and then decorate with a zest of lemon.
